2003年建组以来，张万斌研究室主要致力于新型手性配体的设计及应用，新型有机小分子催化剂的开发及高效不对称催化反应的探索。同时，本研究室与企业界紧密合作，将不对称催化应用于手性药物、中间体及农药的手性合成，以求实现研究室科研成果的产业化。以兴趣探索科学，以责任贡献社会。
