Since the establishment of Zhang’s group in 2003, we mainly focused on

the design and application of novel chiral ligands, the development of

new organocatalyst and the exploration of highly efficient catalytic

reaction. At the same time, our lab is also tightly cooperating with

industry to pursue the industrialization of our research in asymmetric

catalytic synthesis of chiral drug, chiral agricultural chemical and their

intermediates. Making research with curiosity! Being responsible with

making contribution to human society.

上海交通大学化学化工学院有机合成与催化课题组自2003年2月创建以来

，在学校的大力支持下，已建成了拥有两处两百多平方米的实验面积、能

够进行包括无水无氧操作在内的各种有机合成实验的实验室。实验室具有

良好的实验条件，配备了高效液相色谱仪、气相色谱仪、旋光仪、液质联

用、气质联用、手套箱等多种实验设备以及较为齐全的手性分离分析、拆

分色谱柱，能够进行多种手性化合物的合成及分析研究。目前实验室已有

四位教师、四名科研助理、十余名博士生、十余名硕士生及多名本科生，

形成了一个初具规模的研究团队。

研究方向：

张万斌研究室以全新概念的手性配体的开发为主要研究方向，同时将所设

计的手性配体应用于已有或自我设计的不对称催化反应中，以实现某些医

药中间体的不对称合称，具体研究兴趣包括：

新型手性配体的开发

新型有机小分子催化剂的开发

高效不对称催化反应的开发

药物及其中间体的高效合成方法的开发

新型药物的开发

在这些方向中,将不断地有新的分支方向被本研究室开发出来。
